Only non-commercial private events may
be held.
Reservations must be made through the security guard or online form using the approved reservation form.
The reserving resident must have a current (non-delinquent) HOA account.
Residents under 18 may not reserve the Clubhouse. A parent or guardian must make the reservation, assume full responsibility, and be present for the entire event.
A deposit must be submitted with the Reservation Form.
The deposit will be refunded only if:
The Clubhouse and surrounding area are fully cleaned and restored.
The Recreation Committee approves the condition after the event.
No incident reports are filed by the security guard.
Keep music at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Only manufactured logs (e.g., Duraflame, Pine Mountain) may be used in the fireplace. Leave ashes for janitorial staff
to clean.
All trash must be removed by the host
after the event.
During reserved events, guests may not use the sauna, pool, or spa.
The reservation begins when the Clubhouse key is picked up and ends when it is returned.
