All replacement requests—for windows, garage doors, security/screen doors, or HVAC systems—must be submitted using the online forms below. These forms must be filled out completely and submitted before any work begins so the HOA can review and approve the request.
This process ensures consistency with community standards and helps avoid issues related to aesthetics, property lines, or shared systems. Be sure to review the specific guidelines for each item and include all required documentation, such as product details, contractor information, and proposed installation dates, to help move your request forward smoothly.
The original wood flip-up garage doors were installed by the HOA and are maintained by the Association. However, the garage door opener is the owner’s responsibility.
If an owner chooses to replace their garage door, please use the online form. Once replaced, the new door becomes the owner's property and is no longer maintained by the HOA, the owner assumes full responsibility for its upkeep.
If an owner chooses to replace their windows or sliding glass doors, please use the online form.
Owners may choose vinyl or aluminum.
New windows/Sliding doors are retrofit/replacement (i.e., not “new construction”). Retrofit means that they fit within the existing opening and do not disturb the building structure or the stucco.
Window frame colors that are approved are tan/almond or bronze, so long as it is consistent with the colors below.
Window and door glass must be clear/UV-treated/sun-protected glass. Bathroom windows may have opaque glass.
