North Rim's Information Book

This information booklet was compiled for the North Rim Homeowners Association for the dual purpose of protecting your property and making the community a more pleasant place to live. Each resident is responsible for knowing and complying with the rules and regulations contained in the information booklet. Your cooperation is essential in accomplishing this purpose. Common sense and consideration for your neighbors are the keys to successful community association living.
